Your Role
- Collaborate with seasoned Account Executives to design and implement impactful prospecting strategies
- Craft, test, and optimize messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer profiles
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that would benefit from our solutions
- Contribute to the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities
What You Bring
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- A minimum of 9 months' experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR position
- High energy, motivation, and a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
