Cpl are recruiting for 2 Clerical Officers (Grade III) for a 3 month temporary role based in Ballincollig, Cork
- Duration: 3 months
- Core hours: 35hrs a week, Mon - Fri
- Fully Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the existing team in admin tasks.
- Booking appointments for patients and checking them in.
- Ordering supplies for the office, maintaining the front of house
- Liaise with internal departments across the board
- Diary management for clinicians onsite - travel arrangements, booking appointments etc.
Key requirements:
- Experience in similar admin, front of house reception roles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills are essential for this role
- Experience in a Healthcare environment is beneficial but not necessary
