Clinical Data Manager - Established Healthcare Organisation

A very well-known established Healthcare organisation are currently on the lookout for a Clinical Data Manager, who will work closely with Trial coordinators and senior trial coordinators, to work on the ongoing development and conduct of clinical trials.
Upon joining, the Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for 3 main areas.
1. Vision – You will need to have the vision in order to conceptualise how the current data set will be collated and completed in accordance to best practices of trial protocols. As well as having the vision to see what problems and issues need solving throughout the project this is crucial because it will give insight to clients and stakeholders by providing them with a scope of consultancy plans to utilise within projects.
2. Analyse– You will be responsible for analysing and resolving any Data issues. This could be the analysing of data sets are set out correctly or reviewing data that arrive at the CTC. This is significant as you would need to ascertain when to escalate an issue or provide an alternative solution to the issue.
3. Implement– You will need to have the ability to implement solution to any incidents or any procedures that are needed to meet project guidelines. You will be setting a standard that runs through the company of not only what to implement but how this will affect junior members in the business as you will be directly and indirectly training them.
In terms of skills, we are looking for a Clinical Data Manager who has a strong experience of working in clinical trials, collating data sets – generally be very strong with managing data within Clinical trials.
