Graduate Marketing Trainee – Oncology

- At Pfizer’s Oncology Business Unit, an opportunity now arises for intake of two high potential, ambitious and motivated recent Graduates to join our team as part of a Graduate Marketing Trainee programme.
The successful applicants will gain industry experience by being involved in the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the Pfizer Oncology portfolio and providing support in developing Digital Marketing engagement of our brands.
A high focus will be placed on growing your experience and professional development for the future, including challenging assignments and ongoing mentoring. Participants will have access to the company’s Commercial Operations training and development programmes.
The successful candidates will be involved in:
• Coordination and development of multi-channel marketing campaigns
•Supporting the management of online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness in line with the digital marketing strategy
•Assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing campaigns – including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, websites, app promotion, pay per click campaigns
•Using Google Analytics to analyse and report on key digital marketing campaigns e.g. website and campaign performance
•Coordinate the development and production of promotional materials in cooperation with Commercial Strategy Managers.
•Performing scientific literature review for promotional material
•Providing financial administration support to the Business Unit: assisting with budgeting, phasing and forecasting
•Coordinate planning and management of Oncology business needs for national and international congresses
•Collaboration with key internal and external partners in support of project deliverables.
•Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers, colleagues, customers, media agencies
•Manage electronic filing systems as well as hard copy filing systems as required
•Process payment of invoices in accordance with corporate guidelines
•Providing general administrative support for the Oncology Business Unit commercial and medical teams
Candidates should be interested in contributing to an industry which improves the lives of patients globally, while excited and motivated about challenges and change.
A relevant third level qualification is required e.g. Science, Nursing, Marketing, etc.

•Strong numeracy and data analysis skills and passion for harnessing data and extracting insights to drive campaign performance
•To be highly competent and experienced in the use of a full range of office productivity tools and applications i.e. MS office suite (in particular, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project and Work), WebEx and online applications.
