My client has an exciting opportunity for a Group HR Business Partner to join their team in Mitchelstown. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will support approx.. 100 employees across business areas including Finance, IT Internal Audit, Administration and Health & Nutrition.
Role Details:
- Salary 45-55,000 depending on experience with 15% bonus, pension and life assurance

Key responsibilities:
- Promote best practice processes and systems for Performance Management and Employee Wellbeing as part of the HR approach to continuous improvement
- Support managers with any ER related issues and provide guidance and advice on same
- Work on various succession planning projects, Personal Development Plans and career development processes
- Design and implement initiatives to develop and promote employee engagement
- Support the DE&I agenda across all HR processes to ensure employees feel valued
- Manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support on various HR projects and organisational change programmes
- Update HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and employment legislation
- Ensure HR system is continuously updated, reports are completed
The successful candidate:
- Will possess a Third level qualification in HR
- Strong working knowledge of HR and employment legislation
- Excellent administration, organisation and planning skills
- Positive attitude and resourceful manner
- Interest in developing, learning and progressing in one’s own career
