My client, a leading manufacturer has an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team in Mallow.
Role Details:
- €30-35,000 with 10% performance bonus
- Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 with 1 hour break
- Office based position near Mallow
The main responsibilities will include:
- Manage the reception function and ensure external visitors are granted access to the building, whilst following entry processes
- Coordinate daily operations including incoming/outgoing post, delivery management, arranging catering and dealing with suppliers
- Obtaining Credit Notes from suppliers for goods returned to various sites and liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of such Credit Notes
- Schedule and book meetings on behalf of wider Management team
- Manage and coordinate all meeting room bookings
- Support with the preparation of presentations and general administration duties as required by the Management team
- Offer administrative support to the HR function during recruitment campaigns
- Support with various ad hoc projects, internal/external audits and various continuous improvement initiatives
The successful individual:
- You will possess ideally 3-5 years+ in an Administration position
- An Office Administration or Business related qualification is preferred
- Positive attitude to work with strong initiative to ensure quality service is provided to your stakeholders
- Proficient at IT systems including MS Office
