Pharmacist – Galway Racecourse Covid Vaccination Centre
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with the HSE is currently recruiting for a Pharmacist to take responsibility for the Pharmacy at the Covid Vaccination Centre at Galway Racecourse.
Candidates must:
- Be fully registered with the PSI
- Have Permission to work in Ireland
- Have a Professional approach to work
The ideal candidate must be able to dispense accurately stock for units & prescriptions for patients, have excellent communication skills with members of the multidisciplinary team, ability to prioritize tasks in a busy working environment, and respond to medical information queries from medical and nursing staff working in our service.
Other duties include:
- Management of Pharmacy
- Development of associated policies and procedures
- Ordering of vaccines
- Advice to vaccination management/staff on vaccine usage
- Linkage with the national office on notifications/changes/introduction of new/updated products
- Stock control
- Quality control
- Validation of processes around vaccine usage
- Supporting Operations Site Lead.
