CPL Life Sciences are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join a niche pharma organisation based in Hertfordshire. This expanding business focus on delivering life-saving treatments for conditions related to autoimmune deficiencies, bleeding disorders and critical care. Due to recent investments and a growing portfolio of development & licensed products, they have a requirement for a Senior Clinical PM to join them as Clinical Study Lead.
Your role as a Clinical Study Lead, will be to oversee the set up, development and management of global clinical trial programs. You will provide technical and strategic oversight of these programs to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget. This role will report directly to the Head of Clinical Research and will come with line management responsibility of up to 2 Clinical Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the set-up, development and
management of global clinical trial programs
- Have involvement with protocol development
and study design
- Ensure all trials are conducted according to
ICH-GCP guidelines
- Cross-functional team oversight
- Vendor Selection and Management
- Direct line management of 2 Clinical PMs
- Budget Management
- Resource Management
Experience Required;
- Must be an experienced Senior Clinical
Project Manager
- Must have experience of Protocol
Development
- Line management OR oversight of clinical
teams
- Vendor Management
- Budget and resource management experience
- PhD
