Senior Health Economics Manager
Location: Berkshire (flexible working)
A research-driven global biopharmaceutical company is looking to recruit a Senior Health Economics Manager to join their Market Access team. They are focused on discovering, creating, and supplying drugs within their therapeutic expertise including oncology, immunology and virology.
The purpose of this role will be to support the global health economics deliverables in order to help secure unrestricted access to life changing medicines for patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the UK adaptation of global health economic deliverables
- Creating the cost-effectiveness and budget impact sections of UK HTA submissions
- Engaging with external experts in health economics to gain external input
- Representing the company at NICE, SMC and AWMSG committees
- Assisting in identifying and addressing evidence gaps relevant to cost-effectiveness
- Working closely with global colleagues and external vendors
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience working within health economics
- Experience developing cost-effective and budget impact models
- Experience contributing to UK HTA submissions
