Seeking to recruit a new member for our EMEA Workspace Support Team. Initially remote based, the successful candidate will join a well-established team with peer support across EMEA.
The role requires an individual with a strong technical support skillset who is enthusiastic, courteous and customer focused. The environment to be supported is diverse and stability of systems is of critical importance. Members of the EMEA Workspace Support Team are required to respond to IT Helpdesk requests providing 1st & 2nd Level support for the EMEA Workspace
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Proactively monitor Helpdesk call queues and prioritize daily activities to achieve SLA's
● Provide routine support on Windows 10, hardware an other software issues across primarily desktop but also including general infrastructure such as lan / voice / server.
● Provide routine management of Active Directory accounts
● Support multiple sites across EMEA
● Document system, environment changes in line with IT processes
● Uphold company policy and highlight any deviation when identified
● Assist in project work as directed by IT Management
● Follow all approved IT processes, procedures and initiatives as required
● Other ad hoc duties as required
Desirable
● Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Environment
● 2nd language such as French
REQUIREMENTS
Education
B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline preferred but not essential. Health Informatics qualifications considered advantageous.

● Active Directory, SharePoint and Exchange management
● Understanding of file backup and restore technologies
