Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with HR candidates looking for a new HR Generalist role for a contract opportunity. The position is with a leading global employer in Dublin 15 and will be a great opportunity to gain valuable exposure across employee relations, talent management, engagement, recruitment support, HR projects and people initiatives, while working closely with an experienced HR leadership team in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This role is based fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partner with employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
- Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, talent management and performance initiatives across the site.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Create a positive employee experience through people-focused programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics and KPIs using Workday and other HR systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support strategic HR projects and organisational objectives.
Experience required:
- 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting employee relations issues
- Highly organised with a proactive, can-do approach
- CIPD and/or Workday experience advantageous
