Cpl is delighted to announce that our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join their Residential Services team in Foxford. Our client is a leading disability care provider based in Mayo!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional looking to progress their career into a leadership role.
You will support the management of the service, lead and support staff, promote person-centred care and help maintain high standards of quality and HIQA compliance.
Successful candidate will have:
- Social Care Worker CORU registration or eligible qualification with registration application underway
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience supporting people with complex needs
- Knowledge of HIQA standards
- Full driver's licence
