Clinical Nurse Manager, Co. Kildare
Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity with an established residential care service in Co. Kildare.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing and care teams in delivering high-quality resident care.
- Oversee care planning, staffing, skill mix and clinical standards.
- Provide guidance, training and support to nursing and care staff.
- Promote a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Support effective resource management and service delivery.
- Deputise for the Director of Nursing when required.
Requirements
- On the active NMBI register
- 5 years' post-registration experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the care of vulnerable adults.
- Experience in intellectual disabilities desirable.
- Proven experience in team and performance management.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
