Overview
The Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate entry, update and maintenance of approved product data within Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Development / Product Data Hub (PD/PDH).
Experience & Responsibilities:
1–3 years of product data administration, master data maintenance, engineering change administration or comparable data-entry experience.
Create and maintain approved item master records in Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
Enter approved product attributes, classifications, product hierarchy values, lifecycle phases and organisation assignments.
Create and update revisions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from approved source documentation.
Maintain approved manufacturer or supplier information and controlled product documents or attachments, where applicable.
Support product data alignment, cleansing and migration activities between systems.
Perform basic completeness and accuracy checks against approved source information.
Record completed transactions and update assigned status trackers.
Experience using Agile PLM, Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion PD/PDH is required.
Experience maintaining item data, BOMs, revisions, product attributes or supporting documentation.
Experience working within a controlled change management environment is preferred.
