The Job,
You'll own a portfolio of SMB advertisers. Some days that's 40-50 calls, emails and follow-ups. Other days it's a deep consultative conversation, helping a client figure out why their campaign isn't converting and what to do about it. You're the first point of contact, the trusted advisor, and the person who keeps the pipeline honest in Salesforce.
This isn't a script-reading job. It's fast, it's metrics-driven, and it rewards people who are organised, resilient, and genuinely good with people.

What You'll Actually Do
- Be the first voice a prospective or existing advertiser hears
- Manage and grow a portfolio — retention and new revenue both count
- Qualify leads and move them through the funnel, no hand-holding needed
- Diagnose what's not working in a campaign and recommend the fix
- Keep your pipeline, forecasting, and documentation clean and accurate
- Spot inefficiencies and actually say something about them
What You'll Need
- 2+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer engagement
- Real experience with outbound calling or proactive customer contact
- Some background in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS, or platform-based selling
- Fluent English (C1)
- Comfortable living and breathing targets
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
