The Role
As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a key role in matching healthcare professionals with client requirements across Ireland. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Coordinate healthcare worker availability with client staffing requirements.
Respond promptly to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate scheduling and placement records.
Generate and distribute operational reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues across a nationwide team.
Support achievement of operational targets.
Working Hours
5 days per week across 7 days (Monday to Sunday).
Shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm.
Flexibility to work Bank Holidays as required.
Rotational shift pattern in line with business needs.
Essential Requirements
