Senior Marketing Communications Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Location: Dublin, Hybrid
Cpl is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join a leading organisation on a fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, demand generation campaigns, content creation, and event management within a fast-paced B2B environment.
This position will play a key role in driving market awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through a mix of product marketing, communications, content, and event-led activities. Working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams, you'll be responsible for bringing products and solutions to market while creating compelling marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions
Produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
Manage content across digital channels including website, email, social media, blogs, and thought leadership campaigns
Deliver lead generation and email marketing programmes to support commercial objectives
Coordinate industry events, sponsorships, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve campaign performance and reporting
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activities
Support internal communications around product launches and key business initiatives
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong B2B marketing experience
- Proven success delivering product launches and go-to-market campaigns
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
- Experience with lead generation, email marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
