The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join a school-based service in Hampshire working within a paediatric setting.
Details
The role involves supporting children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs within an educational environment. You will provide specialist assessment and intervention to support communication, social interaction, and access to learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric caseload within a school-based setting
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Provide strategies to support communication and classroom participation
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience working within paediatric speech and language therapy
- Ability to work independently within educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
