Location: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton
Role Type: Permanent (Hybrid, 3–5 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist paediatric service supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 2–25 across Hampshire.

The role involves working with children and young people with a range of neurodevelopmental needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental coordination challenges. This is a hybrid role combining clinic, school, home, and remote working.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric neurodiverse caseload aged 2–25
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support sensory regulation, motor skills, and functional independence
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team
- Provide reports, recommendations, and support plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience within paediatric occupational therapy
- Knowledge of autism, ADHD, sensory processing, and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Ability to work independently across community and educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred for community-based work
