The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join SEN school in Tadworth, working within a specialist educational setting for children and young people aged 4–19 with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviours.

The role involves supporting pupils with complex communication and behavioural needs within a specialist school environment. You will provide assessment and intervention to help students develop communication, social interaction, and engagement in learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric ASD caseload within a specialist school setting
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support pupils with social communication and behavioural regulation
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to EHCPs and educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience in paediatric speech and language therapy
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and complex communication needs
- Ability to work independently within educational settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
