We are recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join a college in Hillingdon, supporting children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work within a specialist multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions that empower children and young people to reach their full communication potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a specialist PMLD caseload.
- Assess, diagnose and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy interventions.
- Develop personalised communication programmes.
- Work collaboratively with education staff, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews and clinical documentation.
- Provide advice, guidance and training to colleagues and carers.
