The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5–16 with a range of developmental, sensory, and functional needs.

This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessment and intervention within a specialist educational setting. You will support children to develop sensory processing, emotional regulation, hand function, motor skills, and independence, working closely with families, education staff, and the multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric occupational therapy caseload for children aged 5–16
- Complete comprehensive functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy programmes
- Support children with sensory processing, emotional regulation, hand skills, motor development, and functional independence
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and therapy reports
- Provide training and practical strategies for school staff and parents/carers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and outcome measures
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children in paediatric or educational settings
- Knowledge of sensory integration, child development, and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
