Cpl have a fantastic new Dermatology requirement!
Our private client is running a new project in Essex and they require a Consultant Dermatologist to assist with their face-to-face clinics.
The project is a 1-year contract with the option to extend, and the work is predominantly at weekends, although they did mention there may be some mid-week availability as well.
USC Face-to-Face Clinics
Consultant-led outpatient clinics for the Urgent Suspected Cancer (dermatology) pathway, delivered on-site at NHS sites in Essex. Responsibilities include assessment of suspicious skin lesions, review of teledermatology referrals needing face-to-face review, biopsy/excision planning, and clinical documentation.
Standard session is 4 hours (12 new + 4 follow-up patients); full days (two consecutive sessions) are available.
Indicative volumes: ~195 clinics, ~2,340 first attendances and ~780 follow-ups
Rate: £2,000 per day via your LTD Company.
Requirements for all consultants:
Current GMC registration and licence to practise, BAD and RCP membership (Spec Reg is not mandatory), enhanced DBS clearance, 3 years of references, professional indemnity cover, and mandatory training compliance (Safeguarding Level 3, Infection Prevention and Control, Information Governance, Equality Diversity and Inclusion) among the other usual checks.
