Social Care Worker – Under 18s Residential Services (Dublin)
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a leading homelessness service in Dublin, is currently recruiting Social Care Workers (Project Workers) to join their Under 18s Residential Services team in Dublin.
As a Social Care Worker, you will work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care to young people who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioural difficulties, or cannot live at home.
What you can expect from the role
To provide a safe, supportive, and caring residential environment.
Act as a Key Worker for individual young people, collaborating with internal and external agencies.
Provide emotional, physical, social, and practical support to young people who present with challenging behaviours or have experienced trauma.
Advocate for young people in the areas of education, aftercare, legal rights, and social work support.
Promote participation and decision-making among young people.
What we expect from you
Degree in Social Care, Youth Work, Social Studies, Psychology, Addiction Studies, or related field or, CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.
Full clean driving licence.
Direct experience in a social care or residential setting.
Experience supporting children/young people from marginalised or at‑risk backgrounds.
