Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Theatre Services

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of peri‑operative care. The CNM2 will coordinate and supervise nursing and support staff, maintain high clinical standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Theatre department.
Requirements
- NMBI Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience, including 2 years’ management experience in a Theatre setting
- Post‑graduate qualification in Peri‑Operative Nursing and/or Healthcare Management is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Salary: €61,249.46 – €75,143.17 per annum (based on a 37‑hour week)
