Partner Manager – Digital Marketing Acquisition (Nordic Speaking)
About the Role
Our client — a leading global professional services company — is recruiting a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a unique digital marketing advertising solution to EU markets, partnering with one of the fastest-growing platforms in social media to help businesses succeed with their advertising.
You'll support new clients from the very start of their journey on the platform, helping to educate, inspire, and guide advertisers in defining the campaigns that will drive results and achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses, delivering personalised product pitches that show real understanding of their goals
- Work with existing advertisers to understand their strategic and tactical objectives and co-create the right marketing plan to achieve them
- Build an in-depth understanding of partners' business goals across their markets, offering informed insights to help them succeed
- Develop and grow long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for your clients
- Work toward fixed KPIs and a quarterly sales target
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, sharing and gaining valuable knowledge
Requirements
Essential
- Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent)
- Fluent Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English
Preferred
- Proven experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales preferred)
- In-depth, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
- Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solve business problems
- Ability to train and educate advertisers on creating and optimising campaigns
- Ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting compelling marketing plans
- Quick learner, able to maintain current knowledge of products and services
- Tech-savvy, with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional — comfortable multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Proven experience working toward quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment
Package
- Salary: ~60K OTE
- Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
