Cpl are currently hiring a HR Services/Engagement Coordinator, to support our Multinational Pharmaceutical Client in Ringaskiddy, Cork. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly experienced HR professional with an extensive multinational background. This is a new role for the business. This presents the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to leverage their background and expertise to create and develop the position, making it their own.
Duration: 12 months
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Hours: Mon to Fri
Salary: €60,000 to €70,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Act as the onsite Point of Contact/Representative for the HR Function
- Create, promote and develop an onsite HR Helpdesk Function to ensure employees in all departments and levels have equal, easy and engaging support from HR
- Support Teams Leads, Line Managers etc. with HR queries. (i.e Sick Pay, Benefits, Employee Relations, Statutory Entitlements etc.)
- Provide hands-on HR support and guidance to staff on site (1:1 or as teams), escalating when necessary
- Review, update and maintain HR policies for the site, ensuring they are in line with the most up to date legislation
- Gain a keen understanding of the processes, reporting structure and culture of the organisation
Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years, Mid to Senior level, HR experience with a large Multinational essential
- A working knowledge of Legislation, Policy and Employment Law required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across a wide variety of people
- Experience in utilising internal HR systems beneficial
- Familiarity with reporting, data tracking etc. beneficial
