Our client is a well-established provider of residential services for individuals with disabilities and is seeking an experienced leader to oversee service delivery and ensure the highest standards of care.
The Role
As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for leading residential services, ensuring positive outcomes for residents, and maintaining full compliance with HIQA and Department of Health standards. Experience supporting individuals with autism is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' management experience within Social Care
- Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
- Level 6 Management qualification
- Previous experience working within residential services
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
- Full clean driver's licence
