Title: Trainer - Oracle / Blue Yonder
Location: US | Remote (Will require scheduled onsite work in Rochester NY in 2027 but role is primarily remote)
Hourly Rate: Up to $87
Contract Length: November 2026 - October 2027 (Possibility to extend)
Our client is seeking a US-based Oracle Trainer to support a major warehouse systems transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials using existing business process documentation and work instructions
- Create learner exercises, classroom activities and supporting training resources
- Produce presentation content that explains both business processes and system functionality
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training to warehouse end users
- Demonstrate warehouse management processes within the system
- Facilitate hands-on learning sessions and user practice exercises
- Provide coaching and support to learners throughout the training programme
- Work closely with project stakeholders and fellow trainers to align training content and delivery
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering end-user training within warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments
- Strong Oracle experience, particularly across: Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Stock movements and warehouse transactions
- Blue Yonder experience is strongly preferred (Experience with other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will also be considered)
- Exposure to broader supply chain processes is desirable
- Demonstrable experience creating training materials from scratch rather than solely delivering pre-built content
- Strong facilitation and classroom delivery skills
- Experience supporting users through system adoption and change
- Ability to travel to Rochester, New York when required (Will discuss schedule during call)
