Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Neuro | Stornoway | £35ph Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a specialist Neuro service in Stornoway on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OT with a background in neurological rehabilitation to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team and make a real difference to patient outcomes. The Role You will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for patients with neurological conditions, supporting rehabilitation, independence and functional recovery. Key responsibilities: Manage a specialist neuro OT caseload Complete comprehensive functional and occupational assessments Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes Support patients to maximise independence in daily activities Recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations Contribute to discharge planning and rehabilitation goals Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports What we're looking for: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Previous experience within neuro rehabilitation Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills Experience working within an MDT Excellent communication and organisational skills Location: Stornoway Contract: Locum Rate: £35 per hour Band: 6 Specialism: Neuro If you're an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for your next locum opportunity, I'd love to hear from you.
