Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist Location: London Role Type: Permanent Salary: £54,000 The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join a service in London working with a PMLD caseload. Details The role involves working with children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, supporting complex communication and swallowing needs. You will provide specialist assessment and intervention within an educational or clinical setting, working closely with families and the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Manage a specialist PMLD caseload with complex needs Complete comprehensive communication and dysphagia assessments Develop and implement individualised therapy and care plans Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team Provide training and guidance to staff supporting service users Maintain accurate clinical records and reports Requirements HCPC registration Extensive experience in speech and language therapy, ideally with PMLD Strong knowledge of dysphagia and complex communication needs Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organisational skills Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
