Band 6 Physiotherapist Location: Wirral Role Type: Permanent Salary: £44,000 (pro rata) Hours: 30 hours per week The Role Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in the Wirral working as a Falls Practitioner within a community-based setting. Details The role involves working with patients at risk of falls, providing assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation to promote safety and independence. You will work within community settings, supporting prevention strategies and reducing hospital admissions. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of patients at risk of falls within the community Complete comprehensive falls risk and mobility assessments Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and prevention plans Provide strength, balance, and mobility interventions Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community services Deliver education and advice to patients, families, and carers Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures Requirements HCPC registration Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within community, elderly care, or falls prevention Strong understanding of mobility, balance, and rehabilitation Ability to work independently in community settings Excellent communication and organisational skills Applying for roles If you are interested in this position, please get in touch to discuss further opportunities.
