Occupational Therapist (Band 6) Paediatrics / Neurodiverse Caseload (Ages 2–25) Salary: up to £50,000 | Permanent | Hybrid Working (3–5 Days per Week) Locations: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton About the Role My client are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people aged 2–25, supporting those with neurodiverse needs in a flexible, hybrid role. You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that make a real difference to the lives of young people and their families. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions Work with children and young people with neurodiverse needs Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Provide clear reports, recommendations, and care plans Contribute to service development and best practice What We’re Looking For Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration Experience working within paediatrics and/or neurodiversity Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (preferred due to multi-site working) What We Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000 Flexible hybrid working (3–5 days per week) Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development Meaningful work making a difference to children and families
