Scrum Master
Contract: €500 - €700 per day

We are seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Master to join a leading financial services organisation, partnering with global technology teams to deliver projects within a dynamic Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and guide teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and associated artefacts.
- Monitor and report on sprint metrics, quarterly delivery metrics, team capacity planning, PI planning, and information radiators.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery blockers and technical impediments.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings across geographically dispersed teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and support the development of high-performing Agile teams.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role, supporting multiple technical teams and initiatives.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies (SDLC).
- Practical experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience managing sprint reporting, capacity planning, quarterly planning cycles, and PI planning activities.
- Strong coaching and facilitation capabilities, with a track record of driving Agile adoption.
- Experience working within global or distributed teams, including coordinating Scrum of Scrums.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to data warehousing, reporting, or business intelligence projects.
- Experience operating within complex and highly regulated technical environments.
