We are looking to engage an Ireland based consultant for a six-month assignment to build out a clear, practical occupational health and safety (OH&S) framework for our global business.
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Developing a clear global OH&S framework, including roles, responsibilities, governance and minimum standards.
- Establishing a consistent approach to workplace risk assessments, hazard identification, incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Aligning the framework with relevant legal and regulatory requirements across the countries in which we operate.
- Creating practical guidance, templates and processes that regional and local teams can adopt.
- Defining appropriate training and awareness requirements for employees, managers and key stakeholders.
- Recommending suitable reporting, metrics and review mechanisms to monitor effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Building an implementation roadmap, including priorities, dependencies and recommended next steps.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in global OH&S programme design, policy development and stakeholder engagement. Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and translating regulatory requirements into practical business processes would be particularly valuable.
The consultant would be based in Ireland and work with stakeholders across our global business.
This is a 6 months contract role, excellent package and renumeration.
