We are currently recruiting on behalf of our retail client in County Carlow for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant with previous perfume or fragrance experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established retail team and work with premium fragrance products in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances and beauty products
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics or beauty retail
- Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a busy retail environment
- Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
- A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
