Position: General Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the TQM process.
- Set up, process, and inspect materials for departmental operations.
- Move raw materials from the warehouse to production workstations.
- Operate, set up, and process production machinery.
- Meet production, GMP, and ISO 9000 standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Accurately collect, verify, and record production and quality data.
- Ensure all process documentation is completed correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a General Operative role within a GMP environment.
- Experience operating machinery and processing materials.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Legible handwriting and basic computer skills for data entry.
- Forklift experience is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Package
- €15.50 per hour, with a 2% annual increase
- Company pension contribution of 4%
- 21 days annual leave, plus Christmas Eve and Good Friday
- Company-funded contribution of 70% towards Laya Healthcare
