Operating within our Global Paid Media division, the Lead Generation Activation function manages the enterprise technology and operational workflows that support paid media lead acquisition globally.
We are expanding our technical architecture capabilities to optimize how data is exchanged, validated, and utilized across our global marketing platforms and core enterprise systems. This expansion includes developing new, real-time integrations that strengthen our lead management pipeline and support data-driven decisions across our global paid media programmes.

Role
This is a senior, hands-on technical contract role focused on Technical Solution Design & Architecture alongside core webhook and API development. Working within a complex enterprise technology environment, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Activation team, internal Engineering teams, and external technology partners to design and build highly reliable, scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Solution Design & Architecture
- Discovery & Design: Lead technical discovery sessions and architect robust solution designs for new webhook and API integration capabilities.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Engineering teams and external platform vendors to assess data availability, system dependencies, integration approaches, and technical feasibility.
- Specification Delivery: Translate high-level business logic into production-ready technical designs, detailed integration specifications, and engineering requirements.
- Trade-off Evaluation: Critically evaluate technical trade-offs regarding system performance, data security, enterprise scalability, and implementation complexity.
API & Webhook Development
- Integration Engineering: Design, develop, and rigorously test high-performing webhook and API integrations between third-party external platforms and internal core systems.
- Component Configuration: Build and configure critical integration components, handling API requests/responses, complex data transformations, and strict validation logic.
- Workflow Security: Establish secure, reliable integration workflows using industry-standard authentication protocols and resilient error-handling frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Technical Integration, Solutions Architecture, or API Development role within an enterprise environment.
- Deep technical expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust Webhook and API integrations.
- Strong capabilities in handling complex data transformations, API request/response mapping, and validation logic.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security protocols, API authentication methods, and robust error-handling architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between marketing business requirements and core engineering teams.
- Must be based in Ireland and capable of adhering to the hybrid model (3 days per week on-site in Dublin North Quay).
