Anna is the Client Services Manager at Merck where she leads all Talent Delivery and onboarding requests (permanent, contingency and payroll services), ensuring seamless end to end delivery for the account across its 5 sites in Ireland. With over 12 years’ experience, Anna manages volume campaigns, partners with stakeholders internally & externally, and ensures all programmes are delivered with excellence, and risk mitigation throughout the Cpl colleague journey. In addition to this, her remit also includes oversight of HR, Payroll, Invoicing & Finance, Compliance and Governance as well as supporting with the resolution of escalations.
