Prior to joining Cpl, Donal held several senior finance and commercial leadership positions, building deep expertise across commercial management, mergers and acquisitions, and organisational leadership. Donal’s experience spans early-stage technology start-ups, private equity owned transformation projects and Global PLC’s.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Donal leads Cpl's commercial strategy across its talent solutions offering, with responsibility for strengthening client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting expansion across multiple markets and sectors. He works closely with the wider leadership team to deliver commercial excellence and long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
Donal is recognised for a strategic and collaborative approach to leadership, underpinned by strong commercial acumen and a focus on results in complex, fast-moving environments. Donal is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland since 2007.
