Gill has been with Cpl for over 14 years, having started her journey temping with Flexsource before progressing through a number of roles to her current position as HR, Payroll Support and COE Team Lead.
In her role, Gill supports a number of clients on behalf of Cpl, managing queries from both clients and workers through a busy Helpdesk, alongside overseeing monthly and weekly client reporting and payroll processes. She works closely with employees on a daily basis, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience for all.
