With over two years of experience at CPL, Wilson is a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment across the Pfizer and Viatris accounts in Ireland. Having progressed from Talent Sourcer to Talent Acquisition Specialist, he has developed strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement and stakeholder management within fast-paced, high-volume environments. Wilson works closely with hiring managers, candidates and client stakeholders across multiple sites, managing recruitment campaigns from sourcing and screening through to onboarding. He has supported a wide range of hiring initiatives, including large-scale graduate and intern recruitment, while also contributing to recruitment process improvements, reporting, ATS implementation and UAT testing. Known for his proactive, people-focused approach, Wilson builds strong relationships with both candidates and clients while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
