Covalen, part of Cpl, partnered with Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) to rapidly expand national contact tracing and vaccination support services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
As demand for public health services accelerated, the HSE needed a trusted partner capable of scaling operations at pace while maintaining service quality. Background
The HSE is responsible for delivering public health services across Ireland. As Covid-19 cases increased rapidly in early 2020, demand for contact tracing and citizen support grew at an unprecedented rate.
The organisation needed to establish new operational capacity quickly to support contact tracing, public communications and, later, the national vaccination programme.
