Overview
This Government Department required additional recruitment capacity to support increasing volumes of specialist, technical and leadership recruitment activity. While maintaining an established internal Competitions and Recruitment Unit, the Department sought a recruitment partner capable of providing additional expertise and scalable support across multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns.
Since 2021, Cpl has worked as an extension of the Department's internal recruitment team, supporting the successful delivery of recruitment competitions across a range of grades, professions and business functions while maintaining the governance, transparency and consistency expected within a public sector environment.
Background
This Government Department is responsible for developing policy, overseeing regulation and supporting the delivery of essential public services across Ireland. As recruitment activity increased, the Department required a flexible recruitment solution that could scale in line with demand while maintaining compliance with public sector recruitment standards and governance requirements.
Recruitment campaigns spanned a wide range of specialist, technical, professional and regulatory-focused roles. Working alongside the Department's internal Competitions and Recruitment Unit, Cpl provided additional recruitment capacity, administration and stakeholder support to ensure competitions were delivered efficiently, transparently and in accordance with established public sector processes.
