Learning & Development Specialist – 12 Month Contract - Dublin
Cpl have an exciting requirement for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist, to work with a tech multinational tech organisation, in Dublin City Centre, for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of impactful training programmes for external audiences. Hybrid working available with 2 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Develop and adapt learning content, webinars, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives.
- Use data and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Support learner engagement and adoption through innovative training approaches.
Experience Responsibilities
- 2+years’ experience in learning & development, training delivery, or instructional design.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience creating digital learning content and using LMS platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Additional European language skills are a plus.
