Role Description -
Microservices Design & Development: Write scalable, robust, and maintainable code in Golang to support complex, global payment platforms.
High-Performance Scaling: Architect and optimize systems to handle massive transaction volumes at sub-millisecond latency.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Automate build, operate, and runtime environments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Security & Compliance: Apply strict information security protocols, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Teleport.
Leadership & Mentorship: Drive technical architecture, scope projects, and mentor junior engineers within geographically distributed teams.
Required Skills:
Languages: Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang), often paired with Java (Spring Boot) or Python.
Frameworks/APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
Cloud & DevOps: Cloud-native environments with Docker and Kubernetes, alongside CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Data Stores: Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Tools: Configuration management and provisioning via Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
Qualifications & Experience:
Typically 10+ years of career software development experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record in working on large-scale enterprise solutions in the fintech, fraud management, or real-time payments sector
