Social Care Worker Role in Mayo
Salary: €17.88 to €26.90 per hour depending on experience.
We are currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of our client to support individuals to live meaningful, independent and fulfilling lives.

The Role
You will:
- Support individuals with their daily lives, personal goals and independence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Plans
- Provide personal care and practical support where required
- Support individuals with high and/or complex needs
- Promote choice, inclusion, dignity and positive outcomes
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards in line with HIQA requirements
Requirements
- CORU registration as a Social Care Worker, or an eligible qualification with an ongoing CORU registration application
- Experience delivering person-centred support
- Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full driver's licence is essential
- Flexibility to work sleep-ins as part of the role
