Tired of cold calling people who don't want to hear from you?
This role is different. You'll be calling a members' community of 70,000+ customers who already know and trust the organisation. You won't be dialling strangers off a list. Every campaign is data-led, so you know who you're calling, what they already have, and what you can save them.
What you'll be doing
- Making warm calls to existing members with tailored offers
- Spotting the fit and cross-selling across broadband, mobile and energy
- Looking after renewals and growing the existing customer base
- Working on targeted campaigns with a supportive team behind you
What's in it for you
- €29,000 base, rising to €30k after year one and €31k after year two

Who we'd love to hear from
- Anyone with sales experience from telesales, a contact centre or retail. Telecoms or broadband is a bonus.
- People who enjoy working to targets and like seeing their effort pay off
- Friendly, confident communicators who are good with people
- Team players who'll get stuck in
