I am currently seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team at an established Dublin based independent acute mental health teaching hospital with a longstanding reputation for excellence in specialist mental health care, clinical education and research. The hospital provides inpatient and specialist services across areas including addictions, psychosis, eating disorders, mood disorders, psychiatry of later life and adolescent mental health, supported by strong academic affiliations and a commitment to the highest standards of governance, quality and patient care.

This is an initial fulltime 6-month contract, effective immediately. You will be responsible for the provision of specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, managing complex clinical cases across inpatient and/or community settings.
Requirements
- Candidates will be registered on the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Specialists for psychiatry maintained by the Irish Medical Council (IMC).
- Proven experience working at Consultant level.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
