Cpl HR Recruitment have a fabulous opportunity for a HR professional with up to 3 years' experience to join a dynamic, international organisation operating across the EMEA region. This role offers excellent exposure to the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, Workday, and cross-border HR processes within a collaborative and supportive team environment. As part of the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes.

Role and responsibilities will include:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- HR administration and employee records management
- Benefits administration and employee queries
- Payroll data processing and coordination
- Workday transactions, reporting, and data maintenance
- HR documentation, policies, and process updates
- Compliance and audit activities across EMEA locations
- Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience
Experience and skills required:
- 1-3 years' experience in an HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Services role
- Exposure to Workday or another HRIS platform
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or EMEA regions would be an advantage, with Irish Employment Law exposure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in HR
